At the meet and greet, we review routines, access, pet personalities, medication needs, safety notes, and any household details we need to know before care begins.
5. Request Visits in Time To Pet
Once you are approved as a client, you can request visits through Time To Pet. We will review and confirm based on availability.

Yes. All pets in the household must be included in service. We do not accept requests to ignore specific pets.
How will I know how the visit went?
You will receive a visit report through Time To Pet with notes and photos. We document care clearly so you are not left wondering whether your pet ate, pottied, played, hid, took medication, or judged us quietly from across the room.
