Gwynn Hermann founded Frisky Business Pet Care with a simple goal: to make sure every pet feels loved and cared for, even when their owners can’t be there. With ten years of experience in the pet care industry and over 25 years in client service, Gwynn has turned her passion for animals into a thriving business that pet owners trust.
Frisky Business Pet Care was built for clients who want professional-grade pet care—the kind that protects routines, respects homes, and communicates clearly. We’re for the people who don’t just want someone to “check in”…they want someone who will notice, document, and treat every visit like it matters.
At Frisky Business, Gwynn focuses on creating a warm, welcoming environment where pets, clients, and employees are treated like family. When she isn’t busy running the company, you’ll find her volunteering at local shelters, cuddling her cats, and tending to her collection of over 100 houseplants.

Randy is a passionate pet care enthusiast with a knack for keeping pets happy and healthy. With five years of experience in everything from dog walking and pet sitting to simply giving belly rubs, Randy treats every pet like their own. He believes in providing care that’s not just reliable but also filled with love and fun. Outside of work, you can find Randy enjoying houseplants and gardening, often with his dachshund Zoey and cat Marley by his side.
